Taking the motorcycle
You pick up the rented motorbike directly at the rental agency. We welcome you from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. to pick up the motorcycle. The address is 155 Chemin du Mas de Marquet 30300 Beaucaire. Here is the MAPS route.

Delivery of the motorcycle

Hourly
We are available from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Of course, in case of impediment or problem, a simple phone call is enough for an arrangement on the schedules.

Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or bank transfer. If you wish to pay an option or the balance of the rental in cash, it will be possible to do so directly at the agency.

Security deposit
The security deposit is different for each motorcycle. It is specified on each descriptive sheet of the motorcycle.
It is used to cover costs in the event of an accident or theft. The deposit is a pre-authorization or bank imprint. Make sure that your credit card limit is sufficient.

Motorcycle operation
During each rental, you have access to an explanatory PDF file on the operation of the rented motorcycle. We have also posted several explanatory videos. Thanks to these videos and this file, it will be easier for you to approach the first kilometers on the handlebars of our motorcycles.Go to top of page
Equipment
The basic equipment required by law is an approved motorcycle helmet and gloves. The rest of the equipment is not mandatory, but it is for your safety. If you do not have this equipment, we can rent it to you.

Insurance
By renting one of our motorcycles, you benefit from all-risk insurance with 0 km assistance.

Cancelation
If, for various reasons, you have to cancel the rental of the motorcycle, it is free of charge if the cancellation is made at least three days before the rental date. If the cancellation occurs less than three days before the rental, there will be a €50 charge.

Options
When ordering your rental on our site, you have the possibility to choose several options. Whether it's equipment, or technology like a camera. If you have not opted for all the options that you liked when renting, it will always be possible to request these options directly from the agency.

Kilometers
When you rent a motorbike from us, the mileage is unlimited. No limit, no additional kilometers to pay when returning the motorcycle. Rent 2 Ride France does not want to reduce your pleasure to 150, 200 or 250 km. Your pleasure must, like our mileage, be unlimited!
